Your network should be the quietest thing in your office.
Noura Networks keeps small businesses running — internet, Wi-Fi, servers, firewalls, and Microsoft 365 — with the kind of engineering usually reserved for companies fifty times your size.

Common questions
Do you support businesses outside Dallas proper?
Yes — we serve the whole Dallas–Fort Worth metro, including Plano, Arlington, Irving, Frisco, and surrounding areas. Remote support is available anywhere; on-site visits cover the metro.
Can you fix problems remotely, or do you always come on-site?
Many issues — Microsoft 365, email, software, and plenty of network problems — can often be resolved remotely the same day. Hardware installs, cabling, and anything physical get an on-site visit.
We don't have any IT staff. Is that a problem?
That's exactly who we work with. Most of our clients have no internal IT — we act as your IT department, explaining everything in plain English and handling the technical side end to end.
What does small-business IT support cost?
On-call work is billed hourly with a clear quote up front; projects like Microsoft 365 migrations or firewall installs get flat-rate quotes. Monthly care plans are priced by office size. Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute call so you know the cost before anything begins.
Can you help us move to Microsoft 365?
Yes — migrations from old email systems, Google Workspace, or aging on-site servers into Microsoft 365 are one of our core services, planned so mail keeps flowing and nothing is lost in the move.
Tell us what's not working.
Describe the problem in one sentence — "internet keeps dropping," "we're moving offices," "email is a mess." We'll tell you honestly what it needs, what it costs, and how fast it can be done.
